We are committed to raising educational outcomes and opportunities for all children. Our improvement plan is based on honest appraisal, Ofsted priorities and community needs. Each year our focus may change, dependent on current provision and changes in government legislation (eg introduction of free places for 2 year olds). A full 3 year plan with actions, outcomes and evaluations is available from the office.
Our priorities in 18-19 are:
- To embed the Restorative Approach to support the progress of all children in their Personal, Social and Emotional Development. .
- To develop staff questioning to support the development of verbal reasoning skills in children.
- To support accelerated progress in Prime areas in two year olds. through supporting home learning and development.
